Koukoumi’s vegan head chef Aggeliki Charami has created a rich variety of plant-based snacks, starters, main courses and desserts, free from sugar and with minimal or zero processing. So don’t be afraid to eat an extra portion.
Well, what’s on the menu? Smoked gazpacho, melon poke bowls, ravioli , meat-free burgers, black forest pastries, and peanut butter are just some of the ingenious, healthy options.
