My personal favorite part of the hotel is definitely the lounge with a combination of perfect light, coziness and view of the Amstel. Secondly, the spacious indoor pool to relax after spending a day in the city itself.

As the morning sun gently streamed through the grand windows of the Amstel Restaurant, casting a warm glow across the elegant dining room, anticipation swirled in the air. Nestled along the picturesque banks of the Amstel Canal, the Amstel Hotel exuded an air of timeless charm, and nowhere was this more evident than in the culinary delights offered at the Amstel Restaurant.

Here, breakfast was not merely a meal but a symphony of flavors and textures, where each a la carte dish was crafted with precision and care. in the meantime you can enjoy the buffet with prime-ingredients, which was a feast for the senses.

Later that day, guests were invited to partake in another beloved tradition—the afternoon tea in the lounge which is very popular among the “Amsterdammers”.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, guests made their way to the hotel’s spacious terrace, overlooking the tranquil waters of the Amstel Canal.  Sipping on refreshing cocktails and nibbling on savory snacks, they watched as boats glided by, their lights twinkling in the fading light of day.
